If you look for tipical food the place is 'La tapa'


We can recommend you too:
'La Esquinica', it is located in the Vilapiscina’s neighborhood and they are experts in 'La longanizica de Teruel'.


It is very nice to walk through the 'Barceloneta''s neighborhood, because there are a lot of restaurants. The same with 'Port Olímpic', because there are a lot of mediterranian restaurants, where you can eat the typical mediterranian 'paella', fish and shellfish.

Fast food: for teenagers is easier to have lunch in fast food places than in a restaurant, because we love hamburguers, chips,... and because it is cheaper. For exemple:

Mcdonalds
Kfc
Pans and company
Burger king

But in Barcelone is traditional the 'bocata', a mediterranian sandwich. You can eat 'bocata' in a restaurant or a bar.
